Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team. Our CFO is responsible for financial planning, budgeting, and analysis; debt and cash management; banking relationships; financial compliance; tax reporting; cost-benefit analysis; and the oversight of finance/accounting and administrative operations.
The ideal candidate will be a relationship-based leader with strong emotional intelligence, able to effectively work with all levels of the organization – a strategic-minded, problem solver with an interest in leveraging technology/data to make informed business decisions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in finance and accounting management in an engineering consulting or similar environment.

This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and will work closely with the firm's senior leadership. This position manages all finance, accounting, IT, and administrative personnel.

Salary: $190K - $225K (based on experience) + Performance Bonuses + ESOP Participation.
